KAKINUMA offers the possibility to personalize the “Best-Ofs” of the restaurant
KAKINUMA. The Take-away restaurant is specialized in the creation of makis (Hosomaki, Uramaki, Chuumaki, etc…), with a particular focus on the now infamous Temakis.
Now fully customizable to fit anyone’s taste:
From a Fatty tuna Temaki sided with slices of avocado and sieged by some caviar, to an Uramaki of Salmon and marinated ginger served with sesame, or even a Lobster and mayonnaise Chuumaki sprinkled of Shichimi (a mixture of Japanese spices).
The possibilities are countless!
